Tom Canale graduated from Marquette University in 1995. He interviewed with many firms in the financial services industry. The reputation of Northwestern Mutual was great, and the people he met at The McTigue Financial Group were very professional.
He has built his practice by specializing in working with business owners, self-employed professionals, and individuals or families with special needs.
Tom talks about his experience as a financial representative:

The greatest challenge of being a Financial Representative has been in finding high-quality, successful individuals who have the same values as I do and getting them to take action quickly."

Throughout Tom's career he has earned numerous industry achievements including the National Quality Award (2000, 2002-2007) and Million Dollar Round Table Qualifying Member (2000-2008).
Tom was appointed Field Director in January, 2000 for The McTigue Financial Group to assist with the recruitment and development of new Financial Representatives.
In January 2003, Tom was appointed Managing Director in the Network Office expanding his responsibilities to include the identification of a location to have a local market presence.
Tom opened the newest District Network Office of the McTigue Financial Group located near the O'Hare Airport in January, 2004 and serves as the Managing Director.
Tom is a Board Member for CARC (Chicago Association of Retarded Citizens), member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors since 1995 and a member of The Metropolitan Club of Chicago since 1993.
Tom is a native of Chicago, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and cheering on the Chicago Bears. Tom is married to Melanie and looks forward to spending time traveling before they start a family together.
